The Tombstone Ghost Rider Outlaws is Arizona’s newest Cowboy Action Shooting club, established in 2007, as part of the Tombstone Ghost Riders Mounted Shooting club. The Ghost Riders and the Ghost Rider Outlaws are both SASS affiliated clubs, which makes us the only club in Arizona to be both action and mounted shooting.
The Tombstone Livery Stable is where the Ghost Rider Outlaws host their matches, the range is shared with Arizona’s oldest cowboy shooting club, Los Vaqueros, and is the home of “Bordertown” the SASS Arizona State Championship.
The Tombstone Livery Stable is a privately owned ranch located just three short miles north of the “Town too tough to die”…Tombstone, Arizona. The range consists of six bays with permanent fronts and props. When you throw in the backdrop of the Huachuca, Whetstone and Dragoon Mountains, and combine that with the rich history of the American western frontier, you have one of the nicest, not to mention one of the most authentic, places to enjoy Cowboy Action Shooting.
The Ghost Rider Outlaws’ SASS matches are held on the second Saturday of every month at 9AM, year round. The club hosts a multi-day annual match, “High Noon at the Tombstone Livery,” in February. Please see the Tombstone Livery page for directions to the range and the Events page for a complete shooting schedule.
The Tombstone Ghost Rider Outlaws think that cowboy action shooting should be a totally pleasurable experience and we dedicate ourselves to that end. If you enjoyed yourself, we succeeded.
So if you’re in the neighborhood, pardner, stop in and visit with us!
